Dr Akhil Chandra completed his education at Hale School and The University of Western Australia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours in 2009 and practised general dentistry for six years before acquiring Bayview Dental in December 2015.

He is a skilled and gentle dentist who genuinely cares for his patients and endeavours to make each appointment a pleasant one. He is passionate about all aspects of dentistry and is pleased to offer a wide variety of services to his patients. From general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, through to emergency services and restorations, Dr Akhil Chandra has the expert knowledge and experience to provide an array of dentistry services.

As a strong believer in ongoing education, he has participated in a variety of courses locally, interstate and overseas. In his free time, Dr Akhil Chandra enjoys representing Dalkeith Tennis Club and Royal Kings Park Tennis Club in weekly pennants competitions.

Yvonne recently joined the Bayview Dental team in May 2019, as one of our Clinic Co-ordinators. She is passionate about helping patients maintain and improve a healthy smile. She is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to ensure our patients feel as comfortable as possible. Before settling down in Perth two years ago, Yvonne completed her postgraduate degree in Yorkshire, in the UK and had been working in the banking industry for 5 years.

After her time in banking, Yvonne discovered that dentistry is a meaningful way to help people, so she enrolled in dental courses and trained at the Oral Health Centre of WA. Outside of the clinic, Yvonne enjoys baking delicious cakes at home and she loves to travel internationally with family and friends. Yvonne is also a mother to a one-year-old. She can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluently.

Vera is our Practice Manager at Bayview Dental. She has graduated with a Cert IV in Dental Assisting from Oral Health Centre of WA in 2012. She has over 8 years of experience in the dental industry and joined our Bayview Dental team in 2016, as our Practice Manager. She feels very privileged to be a part of such a supportive, positive-minded and energetic team. She enjoys many aspects of her job but is most passionate about educating patients on their dental health and seeing how rewarding it is to help people get the smile they have always wanted.

Vera’s interests outside of work are travelling the world and experiencing a variety of different cuisines. She also enjoys sewing, painting and cooking European foods. Vera is fluent in English, Latvian and Russian.
